Terms of sale
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy from our website. Please read them before you place an order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Kennie-Dee Jewellery is run by Florence Lawal, a sole trader based in the UK. When you buy from kennie-dee.co.uk, your contract is with Florence Lawal trading as Kennie-Dee Jewellery.

This address is for correspondence only. We sell online and don't have a shop you can visit.
2. Our products
We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including its metal and any stones. Photos are for illustration: colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or natural materials can vary a little from piece to piece. Ring sizes are UK sizes, and each ring's page has a size guide to help you choose.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay for each item. Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you pay. We take payment when you place your order, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order
After you pay, we'll email you an order confirmation with your order reference. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because an item has sold out, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Delivery costs £4.99, or it's free on orders of £1,000.00 or more.
- Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days. We'll email you when your order is on its way.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we'll either resend it or refund you.
- The items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.
More detail is on our delivery and returns page.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive it. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start from the day after you receive the last one.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly within the 14 days by emailing flokay@kennie-dee.co.uk with your name, order reference and the items you're cancelling. You don't have to give a reason. You can also use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms.
Sending items back
Please post the items back to the address in section 1 within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. You pay the cost of sending items back, unless they're faulty or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Your refund
We'll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid, using your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing us proof you've sent them, if that's sooner).
You can handle and try on items as you would in a shop. If an item comes back damaged, or has been used more than that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
When the right to cancel doesn't apply
The right to cancel doesn't apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as engraved pieces.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can:
- reject it and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery;
- ask for a repair or replacement within 6 months, and if that doesn't fix the problem, get a refund;
- after 6 months, still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the fault was there at delivery.
We'll cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.
8. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
9. Your personal information
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
10. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email flokay@kennie-dee.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right. We'll reply as soon as we can.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
Model cancellation form
Only complete and send this form if you want to cancel your order. An email with the same details works too.
