Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the shop, and they only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Stripe: payments and fraud prevention
- Clerk: accounts and sign-in
- Supabase: our database, hosted in Ireland
- Vercel: website hosting, and anonymous analytics and performance data
- Resend: sending order, delivery and newsletter emails
- Zoho Mail: our email inbox
- Cloudinary: storing images, including photos you upload with a return
- Delivery companies: your name and address, so they can deliver your order
Some of these providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We may also share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC.
How long we keep it

- Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Basket reminders: until you empty your basket, complete your order or ask us to delete it.
- Messages you send us: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Comments and reviews: until you delete them or ask us to remove them.
Cookies and similar technology
We only use what's needed for the site to work:
- Sign-in cookies from Clerk, to keep you signed in and secure.
- Your basket is saved in your browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back.
- Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page, to process payment and prevent fraud.
Our analytics don't use cookies and don't identify you, so we don't ask for cookie consent.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it's wrong;
- ask us to delete it, where we don't need to keep it;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
To use any of these rights, email flokay@kennie-dee.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
Marketing emails
We only send the newsletter if you've signed up for it. If you're signed in and leave items in your basket, we may send you one reminder. Every newsletter and reminder email has a link to stop them. You'll still receive emails about orders you place.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
