Delivery and returns

The short version: UK delivery is £4.99, free on orders of £1,000.00 or more, and you can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

We'll email you when your order is on its way. You can check progress at any time on our track your order page, using your email address and the order reference from your confirmation email.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, get in touch and we'll resend it or refund you.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive them. You don't need to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Email flokay@kennie-dee.co.uk with your name, order reference and the items you're returning. If you have an account, you can also request a return from your orders.
- We'll reply with the address to send your items to.
- Post the items back within 14 days of telling us. Use a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Your refund
We'll refund the item price and the delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your return. You're welcome to try pieces on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, damaged or without its packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Personalised or made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Faulty or wrong item?
Sorry about that. Email us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo. You're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll cover the cost of sending it back.
